Because all of our puzzles are cut to order, we feel it is important to discuss the specifics of each puzzle with the customer. To this end, please call our toll-free number, (800) 353-3567, or email us at info@elmspuzzles.com and we will work with you to create a puzzle that is perfect for any occasion.
SUBJECT: Choose a puzzle from our web site, catalog,
or supplements. If you are undecided, we will also be happy to
discuss your needs when you call, and help you select an image
from our large collection. In addition, you can send us your
own print, slide, or negative, and we can have it enlarged for
you. The original will be returned.
PAYMENT: You can order by fax, mail, or phone, and pay by check, (made out to ELMS Puzzles, Inc.), American Express, Discover, Mastercard or Visa. If you order by phone, it is useful to have your order form completed before you call.
PACKAGING: Each puzzle comes in one of our beautiful green
boxes with a label which indicates the title of the print (sometimes
this is purposely misleading) and the number of pieces. There
is no picture on the box.
DEADLINE: Since each puzzle is individually cut,
we need as much lead time as you can give us to complete each
order. If you have a particular event in mind, please let us
know and we will do our best to meet your deadline. The Christmas
season is our busiest and in order to ensure getting your puzzle
on time, we need as much time as possible.
SHIPPING: We ship via Federal Express on all orders. The $10.00 charge per puzzle for shipping and handling will be added to your order. If you need overnight expedited service, we will bill you for the additional charge.

for either a dollar amount or a specific puzzle, and let the
recipient give us the details. In addition, we will be happy
to gift wrap your puzzle and enclose a card at no extra cost.
